Meet the Family Behind Flow Tech

Our story

Flow Tech Heating AC & Electric began on February 7, 2025, when Crystal and Mike turned their goal of building a family business into reality. With her brother Dan’s permission, Crystal carried forward the Flow Tech name from his earlier business and expanded it to include heating, cooling and electrical services. Dan later joined the team.

Today we’re a family-owned company based in Eatonville, with dedicated HVAC and residential electrical departments. Our team has over 25 years of combined experience working with residential and commercial HVAC systems, as well as residential electrical projects. We’re licensed, bonded and insured.
