What every Essential VIP visit covers

You get two visits a year, one in fall and one in spring. At each visit, our team will:

• ✓ Inspect all major components of your indoor and outdoor system
• ✓ Do a complete system calibration
• ✓ Test system performance
• ✓ Do a complete safety check
• ✓ Test for carbon monoxide
• ✓ Clean your system, if needed
• ✓ Replace your filter (2 filter replacements a year)
• ✓ Take care of any needed drain line, coil or blower wheel cleaning, and replace a capacitor, igniter or flame sensor if needed, at no extra charge

Flow Tech Essential Ductless

$15 a month

For one ductless mini-split: 1 indoor unit and 1 outdoor unit.

One visit a year, including:

• Inspection of all major components
• Complete system calibration
• Performance testing
• Complete safety check
• Cleaning, if needed
• A check that your indoor unit is running to the manufacturer’s specs
• Filter cleaning

Move-In Ready VIP Package (for home buyers)

$449 one time, plus tax

Buying a home? Know what you’re getting before you close, then start off with a year of VIP care. For one home’s indoor and outdoor system.

• Pre-purchase HVAC inspection before closing, covering the indoor and outdoor units, with written findings
• A tune-up right after closing on the indoor and outdoor units
• A second tune-up 6 months later
• One year of Flow Tech Essential VIP benefits starting at closing: priority scheduling, 15% off repairs, exclusive member promotions, and a lifetime warranty on parts purchased through Flow Tech

What does the Essential VIP plan cost?

$42 a month, or $504 a year. It includes two visits a year, once in fall and once in spring.

What’s included in each visit?

Are any repairs included?

On Essential VIP, if your furnace, heat pump or AC needs a drain line cleaning, coil cleaning, blower wheel cleaning, capacitor, igniter or flame sensor, it’s included at no extra cost. Other repairs are 15% off for members. Heat exchangers, compressors and discontinued parts are not covered.

What makes Essential VIP different from other plans?

We don’t charge extra for the small parts. If your system needs a capacitor, igniter or flame sensor, or a drain line, coil or blower wheel cleaning, it’s included. You also get a lifetime warranty on parts purchased through Flow Tech. Heat exchangers, compressors and discontinued parts are excluded.

Do members get a free diagnostic visit?

Yes. Essential VIP includes 1 free diagnostic visit, and the after-hours fee is waived for it.

Is there a plan for mini-splits?

Yes. Essential Ductless is $15 a month and covers one yearly visit for 1 indoor and 1 outdoor ductless unit, including filter cleaning.

I’m buying a home. Which plan is right for me?

Our Move-In Ready VIP Package is $449 plus tax. It includes an HVAC inspection with written findings before you close, a tune-up right after closing, a second tune-up 6 months later, and one year of Essential VIP benefits.
